This tour starts with the Penn Dental School on the Northwest corner of 40th and Spruce and then runs:
- Across Spruce and 40th
- East on Spruce to 39th
- South on 39th and then between the Penn Veterinary School buildings to where Pine, Baltimore, Woodland, 38th, Service Drive, and University Avenue all kind of intersect
- South along the West side of 38th/University to the VA Hospital
- Across University to the East side
- South on the East side of University to Curie Blvd.
- East on Curie Blvd. to Claire M. Fagan Hall
- Clockwise around Claire M. Fagan Hall
- South to Civic Center Blvd. through Children's Hospital's Osler Circle
